1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ScoutBloc ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). ScoutBloc is operated by Keybloc Pte Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), UEN 202506039C, a company registered in Singapore.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScoutBloc provides automated Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) services for web applications. Our Service scans your web applications for security vulnerabilities and provides reports on findings.

Important: ScoutBloc is an automated scanning tool and does not replace professional penetration testing or comprehensive security audits. Results should be reviewed by qualified security professionals.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Authorized Scanning: You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have explicit authorization to scan the web applications you submit to our Service
• You will only scan applications for which you have legal authority
• You will not use the Service to scan third-party applications without proper authorization
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore and your jurisdiction

3.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Scan applications you do not have permission to test
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans: Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is $99 SGD per month per application, billed monthly in advance.

4.2 Payment: You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

4.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

4.5 Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

5. Service Limitations and Availability

5.1 Service Level: While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

5.2 Scanning Frequency: Standard subscription includes weekly automated scans. Actual scanning times may vary based on application complexity and system load.

5.3 Limitations: Our scanning has inherent limitations:

• Automated scans may not detect all vulnerabilities
• False positives may occur
• Complex authentication flows may require manual configuration
• Some application features may not be accessible to automated scanning

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to your application data and scan results. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to scan and analyze your applications solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Keybloc Pte Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to ScoutBloc complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

8.1 The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 We do not warrant that:

• The Service will detect all vulnerabilities
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Scan results will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any vulnerabilities found will be exploitable or represent actual security risks

8.3 In no event shall Keybloc Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Security breaches resulting from undetected vulnerabilities
• Damage to your application or systems from scanning activities
• Any claims arising from your unauthorized scanning of third-party applications

8.4 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keybloc Pte Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your scanning of applications without proper authorization
• Any data you provide to the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

10.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your payment fails
• We believe your use poses a security or legal risk

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11.3 Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to seek an informal resolution.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Keybloc Pte Ltd regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
